I only wish I had the original base photo for this as reference (Suave White Haired Older Gentleman). One of the nicest guys you will ever meet, Steve Horrocks. Don't remember exact details but I think a congratulations for some normal everyday task like calibrating the copier. Just because it is routine, doesn't mean it isn't important.
